I used Flowersdirect.ie recently for a bereavement as I was out of the country and could not attend the funeral. In my haste I gave the incorrect address for the flowers to be delivered and they were returned to the store. As the store was unable to make contact with me, they checked the recipient’s name online and redirected the delivery to the correct address without my intervention. The stress and worry the staff at Flowersdirect.ie saved me by taking the initiative can’t be overestimated. I will be recommending them to my friends.

I had such a great experience ordering from Flowersdirect.ie for my friend’s birthday. The website is super easy to use and I was pleased with the wide range you can choose from. I love the little add on options available that would make any occasion that little bit extra special. The chocolates and flowers I sent to my friend were perfect. The flowers were delivered on time and the free chocolates with the large order were the perfect addition. Their delivery service was very professional and I was contacted just before the flowers were delivered which meant I could keep the flowers a surprise. I will be using you guys again!!
